Pilates Courses with Janet 
Pilates is offered at the studio and will run, where possible, in conjunction with public school terms. Janet's classes are fun and educational providing students with information to build body awareness and strength

Relax and Rejuvenation
Class
This class is offered at the studio on Sunday mornings approximately every 6 weeks. The class is divided into restorative poses to release deeply help tension in the body followed by Yoga Nidra a deeply relaxing guided practice releasing muscular, emotional and mental tension.
